A virtual tour is a 3D tour that allows you to explore a property online (e.g., on your PC or mobile phone). You can navigate through the rooms and view everything in detail as if you were there in person, without having to actually visit the property.
We typically use the Matterport software to create virtual tours. We take photos on-site with a 360-degree camera. These photos are integrated directly into the interactive tour, with personal information or photos blurred. Retouching or photo editing is not possible in a virtual tour.
You will receive a link to the 360° virtual tour. You can forward this link directly to interested parties or embed it on a website. The virtual tour is valid for 6 months from the date of creation. After this period, you can extend the link if needed for an additional fee.
The price includes hosting with Matterport for 6 months. Hosting can be extended for CHF 10 per month (minimum extension: 6 months).
No. The data is stored on Matterport’s servers.
Generally, yes, as archived tours remain saved. However, we have no influence on changes made by Matterport, so Matterport may no longer offer this option in the future, or only for an additional fee. The minimum fee for reactivation is CHF 160 (CHF 100 reactivation fee plus CHF 60 for 6 months of hosting).
