We’re often asked if we edit the photos we take. The answer is simple: Yes, all photos are edited. Each photo goes through over 20 different editing steps before we send it to our clients.

We have specialists for image processing whose sole responsibility is to get the best out of the raw data. This way, we can ensure that the image processing is always of the same high quality and does not depend on who is doing the editing.

To illustrate the impact of image editing on the final result, we have included some before/after examples below, as well as an image editing video.

Real estate photography

We offer specialized real estate photography in Switzerland, with high-quality HDR shots for interiors and exteriors. Our images are professionally edited to optimally showcase properties. Prices start at CHF 299 and are ideal for real estate agents and private sellers who want to market their properties in a visually appealing way.

Virtual furnishing enables the photorealistic furnishing of empty property spaces with digital furniture to increase their marketing potential. Virtual renovation

In addition to virtual furnishing, we also offer virtual renovations. For CHF 149 per photo, rooms can be digitally modernized. Outdated or cluttered areas are realistically refreshed to present properties more attractively. This service increases curb appeal and allows potential buyers to better visualize a renovated property, aiding the selling process.

Virtual tours

We also specialize in virtual tours, which digitally present properties as interactive 3D tours. The 360° images allow prospective buyers to explore the properties in detail and realistically without having to be there in person. The tours are created using professional Matterport technology and are available online for six months.

Floor plans

Precise 2D and 3D floor plans from Visualista provide clear representations of the floor layout of properties. Clients receive black and white floor plans with square footage or color 3D floor plans including furnishings. Old plans can be revised, or properties can be measured on-site. Prices start at CHF 99 per floor.

Videos

Professional real estate videos from Visualista.ch increase sales success by up to 300%. The videos showcase properties using state-of-the-art technology such as drones and are ideal for social media and websites.
