Turnaround time varies depending on the scope of the project. Typically, you’ll receive your edited photos within 1-3 business days of the photoshoot. If you book for photo-only, you’ll usually receive them within 24 hours or the next business day.

After a joint walkthrough with minor suggestions for improvement (approximately 10 minutes), the duration of the appointment varies depending on the services booked. An appointment for just photos typically lasts about an hour, while the Gold or Platinum package can take two to three hours.

Yes, we professionally edit all our photos to ensure they’re presented at their best. Minor retouches are included, such as replacing a sky, blurring license plates, and pixelating photos.

You will receive a link via which you can download the photos in high resolution and optimized for the web.

We guarantee the storage of the photos for 6 (six) months. Therefore, it is important that you save the photos after receiving them.

A reel is a short, portrait-format video specifically designed for social media to quickly showcase a property’s highlights. A traditional video is longer, more detailed, and in landscape format, ideal for websites, presentations, or YouTube.

To ensure fair pricing for reels and videos, we’ve limited our offerings to four formats. This allows us to work efficiently according to our internal specifications. However, customizations such as markers, intros, logos, and animations are possible. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll create a quote for you, including the additional services you require.

No, real estate videos generally cannot be retouched. Therefore, it’s all the more important to optimally prepare the property before filming. You’ll find tips for this in our checklist.

The accuracy of floor plans is approximately 95%, which is sufficient for most property presentations and marketing purposes.

The floor plans are created using a LiDAR sensor, rather than manually measuring them. We digitally scan the rooms on-site, which allows for relatively quick creation of the plans. Corrections and adjustments are made during post-production, and room labels are added.

Yes, we also create new floor plans based on old or partially difficult-to-read plans. Simply email us the original, and we’ll redraw the floor plan as accurately as possible. The result is a modern, legible floor plan that’s easy to understand for prospective buyers.

A 2D plan shows the property in a flat view and conveys the spatial layout of walls, doors, and windows. A 3D plan, on the other hand, offers a colorful, more realistic representation of the property, including furnishings, furniture, and decorative elements.

A virtual tour is a 3D tour that allows you to explore a property online (e.g., on your PC or mobile phone). You can navigate through the rooms and view everything in detail as if you were there in person, without having to actually visit the property.

We typically use the Matterport software to create virtual tours. We take photos on-site with a 360-degree camera. These photos are integrated directly into the interactive tour, with personal information or photos blurred. Retouching or photo editing is not possible in a virtual tour.

You will receive a link to the 360° virtual tour. You can forward this link directly to interested parties or embed it on a website. The virtual tour is valid for 6 months from the date of creation. After this period, you can extend the link if needed for an additional fee.

The price includes hosting with Matterport for 6 months. Hosting can be extended for CHF 10 per month (minimum extension: 6 months).

No. The data is stored on Matterport’s servers.

Generally, yes, as archived tours remain saved. However, we have no influence on changes made by Matterport, so Matterport may no longer offer this option in the future, or only for an additional fee. The minimum fee for reactivation is CHF 160 (CHF 100 reactivation fee plus CHF 60 for 6 months of hosting).

With digital furnishing, we digitally insert furniture or furnishings into photos of empty rooms.

In digital renovation, we edit property photos to create the impression of renovations. Changes such as new flooring, kitchens, cabinets, or bathrooms are digitally added to show what the property could look like after the renovation.

The photos are initially taken on-site. For digital furnishing or renovation, it’s important that the photos are professionally produced, especially in terms of resolution and angle. After the photo shoot, you can select the photos you want to edit. We’ll be happy to assist you with your selection. You can find examples of renovations or furnishing projects in our LOOKBOOK.
